AI Automation

Your team's repetitive work, carried out by intelligent flows.

We automate processes end to end — not just the easy part. Fixed rules become workflows. Judgment over text, emails and documents becomes an AI agent. Exceptions go to a person to decide.

If this sounds familiar

  • Skilled people copying data from one system to another.
  • Approvals that depend on someone remembering to chase someone else.
  • Shared inboxes with hundreds of repetitive messages.
  • Reports assembled by hand every week from several spreadsheets.

What changes

Operational results, not a technology project.

Fewer hours on repetitive tasks

Your team reviews exceptions instead of processing every single item.

Fewer typos and less rework

Data validated at the source and entered only once.

Processes that don't rely on memory

Deadlines, reminders and escalations happen automatically.

Capabilities

What's included in AI Automation.

Orchestrated workflows

Triggers, rules, queues, approvals and integrations in one auditable flow.

AI agents with clear limits

They classify, extract, draft and decide within defined rules and permissions.

Human-in-the-loop

Low-confidence or high-value cases go to human approval, with full context.

Email and messaging

Reading and triaging shared inboxes, assisted replies and notifications.

Automated reports

Data from the ERP and spreadsheets consolidated into reports and Power BI dashboards.

Exception handling

Anything outside the rules is logged, flagged and resolved with full traceability.

How it works

We start small, measure and scale.

  1. 01

    Assessment

We map processes, systems and opportunities.

    • Interviews with each department
    • BPMN process mapping
    • Hours and impact estimate
  2. 02

    Automation

We build the workflows and AI agents.

    • Rules and exceptions defined
    • Agents with clear limits
    • Testing with real data
  3. 03

    Integration

We connect ERP, APIs, documents, data and systems.

    • ERP connectors
    • Permissions and masking
    • Logs of every data exchange
  4. 04continuous

    Operation

We monitor, improve and keep everything running.

    • Monitoring and alerts
    • Monthly value report
    • New automations in the backlog

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Didn't find your question? Bring it to the assessment.

How is this different from RPA?

RPA imitates clicks on screens and breaks when the screen changes. We prioritize APIs and direct integrations, and use AI where text or documents need interpreting. When there is no API, we consider RPA as a last resort.

Can the AI make wrong decisions?

It can, which is why we set limits: confidence thresholds, business rules and human approval for sensitive cases. Every decision is logged.

Which tools do you use?

We choose the stack for your context: workflow orchestrators, ERP APIs, AI models from different providers and databases. You are not locked into any specific tool.

Which process is consuming the most of your team's hours?

Bring one process to the assessment. We'll show how it can be automated and how much time can be given back to your team.
