Managed AI Operations

An automation and AI department, without building one.

We take over your automations end to end: we find where the manual work is, build the flows, connect them to your ERP and keep everything running — and improving — month after month.

If this sounds familiar

  • Automation projects that work in the pilot and stop three months later.
  • An overloaded IT team with no time for the business units' automation requests.
  • AI tools bought by each department, with no integration and no oversight.
  • Difficulty hiring and retaining data, integration and AI engineers.

How it works

We start small, measure and scale.

  1. 01

    Assessment

An opportunity map with estimated hours and priorities.

    • 02

      Pilot

One process automated and measured in production.

      • 03

        Operation

A monthly subscription with scope, SLA and roadmap.

        • 04continuous

          Scale

New departments and processes join the same model.

          Applications

Where we apply it in practice.

Example scopes. The assessment defines which ones make sense for your operation.

          Finance

          Smart collections workflow

Overdue invoices read from the ERP, personalized reminders and automatic logging of payment promises.

          Sales

          Orders that enter themselves

Orders received by email or PDF are interpreted, validated and posted to the ERP for approval.

          Operations

          Exception alerts

Late orders, critical stock and stalled processes flagged to whoever needs to act.

What is included in the AI Operations subscription?

Continuous discovery of opportunities, building and maintaining the automations, integrations, monitoring, support and a monthly report. The exact scope is defined after the assessment.

Do I need an IT team to hire you?

No. We need a business point of contact and controlled access to your systems. When there is an internal IT team, we work alongside it and follow its policies.

          What if my process changes?

Changes are part of the service. Because we run the automations continuously, we adjust flows and integrations whenever rules, systems or people change.

How long until we see the first result?

The goal of the pilot is to put one process into production and measure the result within a few weeks. The actual timeline depends on the process and system access, and is defined during the assessment.

Start with the assessment. Leave with an opportunity map.

In a 45-minute conversation we understand your processes, systems and priorities — and show you where to start.
